David Pickei


David Pickei is the Managing Member of Reye Partners Asset Management LLC which is an investment management company that he created in 2005 to serve family offices and ultra-high net-worth individuals. He has over 35 years of professional experience in the investment management industry and he is well versed with all aspects of investment management for tier 1 institutional investors and family offices.

Acting as an outsourced chief investment officer David brings organization, simplification, and efficiency to the entire investment management process. David’s responsibilities include strategic planning, business oversight, investment research, and portfolio management. His experience is well suited to advise families that are looking for the benefits of a family office but do not have the resources to create their own.

Since the launch of Reye Partners, he is a dedicated researcher and analyst. Proficient in detailed analysis of alternative and traditional investment strategies and portfolios.

Prior to founding Reye Partners, David served as a Managing Director at First Union Securities (2001-2005). His focus was institutional trading and equity origination. From 1996-2001, he was a Principal at Furman Selz, managing corporate assets and individual wealth for the firm’s investment banking clients. His previous experience includes senior positions with Legg Mason (1992-1996) and Lehman Brothers, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice-President (1984-1992).

Gael Duchemin is Senior Vice President and COO at Hermès of Paris Inc., a leader in the luxury retail industry. He posses broad experience in all aspects of auditing/internal control, corporate finance, tax, accounting, retail operations, logistics and import compliance, information systems, legal, real estate, annd financial consulting (mergers and acquisitions (M&A)).

Since 2011, he has been based in New York, overseeing the Finance and Operations for the entire U.S. market, where Hermès is present through 28 exclusive retail locations. His responsibilities not only include Accounting and Finance Planning and Analysis, but also Information Technology, Assets Protection, Retail Operations, Logistics, and Stores construction.

Prior to joining Hermès of Paris Inc., Gael served as the CFO at Hermès China, based in Shanghai (from 2008 to 2011) and as a Group Financial Controller at the Hermès headquarters, based in Paris (from 2005 to 2008).

Gael started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent seven years as a Manager in Audit and Transaction Services mainly dedicated to M&A assignments and financial due-diligence.

Gael holds a Master of Science degree in Finance Management from Neoma Business School in France.

A proven leader, Bruce has a broad range of experience and a notable track record of success in finance, operations, organizational development, marketing, and branding on a global scale. A disciplined P&L Manager, he has authored significant operational turnarounds and implemented growth strategies, exhibiting strong strategic vision, the ability to attract, retain and develop a high-caliber management team, and a keen understanding of competitive issues.

Recently, Bruce was CEO of WoodSpring Hotels, LLC, a Lindsay Goldberg portfolio company. WoodSpring Hotels is the largest and fastest growing value priced extended stay hotel brand in the nation with operations in 40 states. Prior to WoodSpring he was EVP, of global brands, marketing and operations at Choice Hotels International, Inc., responsible for substantially all the company’s global operations including brand strategy, franchise operations, development, marketing, and ecommerce. He currently serves as a strategic advisor to Lindsay Goldberg.

Bruce joined Choice in March 2000 as Vice President, finance and treasurer and was promoted later that year to Senior Vice President, international. Prior to joining Choice, he served as Vice President, finance, and treasurer for The Ryland Group, Inc., he spent five years as corporate treasurer and director of corporate finance at Caterair International Corporation, a Carlyle Group portfolio company formed from the spin-off of Marriott Corporation’s airline catering division. Previously, Bruce was Manager, financial planning and analysis with Marriott, and an analyst with Goldman Sachs & Company.

He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. in engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in engineering from Virginia Tech.

After 35+ years leading significant divisions within 4 major companies, Peter now focuses his skills and experience on Venture Capital, Private Equity and board activities. He is currently Founder & CEO of Middleburg Venture Partners a boutique advisory firm that focuses on strategy, insight, innovation and investment in the Technology, Media and Telecom. He is also a Principal with Blu Venture Investors, a venture capital investment company that supports early stage entrepreneurs.

Peter is on the board of six companies which focus on Data Centers, Luxury Consignment and Vintage Marketplace, Managed Services, Bit Exact Encoding and Cloud Acceleration, and Visual Communication. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Seabras Group, a Subsea Cable company. Peter is the former Chief Sales Officer at Equinix, the largest retail data center company. He was previously Executive Vice President, Commercial Sales and Support at Frontier Communications for eight years. He also worked at Microsoft from 1991 to early 2005 in various leadership positions. Prior to Microsoft, Peter worked at IBM in various sales, technical and management roles.

Carla Hendra is the Global Chairman of OgilvyRED, Ogilvy & Mather's Strategic Consulting and Innovation Group. The Strategic Consulting and Inovation Group provides advisory services in brand and marketing strategy, marketing transformation and digital innovation. Carla is Vice-Chairman of the Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide Board and a member of the Ogilvy & Mather Executive Committee.

Prior to being named Chairman of OgilvyRED, Carla was Co-Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy North America from 2005-2010 and Chairman of Ogilvy New York. In these roles, she managed the Ogilvy network’s $850M operations and key business units including Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, OgilvyOne, OgilvyAction, OgilvyPR, OgilvyHealthworld and RedWorks.

John C. Parry


John is a member of the Board of Directors of Solix, Inc., a Parsippany, NJ based provider of business process outsourcing services to companies and government agencies throughout the United States. From the company's founding in 2004 through the end of 2013, he served as the company's president and chief executive officer, building corporate revenues to over $100M.

Prior to founding Solix, Mr. Parry served as president of Bell Atlantic Network Systems, the international engineering and marketing agent for the Fiberoptic Link Around the Globe (FLAG) undersea cable system, at the time, the world's longest undersea fiberoptic cable. Prior to that role, he held a number of senior positions at NYNEX and Bell Atlantic, including managing director of quality assurance, and head of Manhattan's construction, engineering, installation and maintenance operations.

Mr. Parry has a BA from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Pace University. He is a Vietnam veteran and retired as a Captain in the United States Naval Reserve after a career in surface warfare, intelligence and logistics.

Prior to joining A&M, William served as Chairman CEO and majority shareholder of Duck Head Apparel Company. He is a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army Reserve, where he served in several senior Army staff positions at the Pentagon.

Richard serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Sapien Software, LLC, a leading software as a service (SaaS) provider of global human resources, talent management and managed human resource solutions. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SMobile Systems, Inc., a software company focused solely on smart phone and tablet security solutions for the enterprise, service provider and consumer markets, from August 2007 until January 2010. In 2010, SMobile was acquired by Juniper Networks, Inc. In 2003 and 2004 Richard served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MCI and led MCI out of its bankruptcy and corporate governance crisis. MCI was sold to Verizon in 2004. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ADCTelecommunications Inc. from February 2001 until August 2003.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Andrew D. Swart is a technologist and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience building companies and delivering innovative products and services. His company, Sandpiper Networks began in his garage in the late 1990s, and was responsible for inventing and developinng the Internet’s first Content Delivery Network (CDN), which still operates today and delivers much of the global Internet traffic.

Mr. Swart continues to serve as an independent director and senior adviser. He is an active member of the Board of Directors at several companies, including Themis Computer, a Fremont, CA based provider of embedded computing solutions deployed by the US Navy, Army, Air Force and NATO forces; Orolia, a global provider of resilient position, navigation and timing solutions; and Quorum, a San Jose, CA based provider of disaster recovery, business continuity, ransom-ware recovery solutions.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Texas, Dallas, with a degree in Management Information Systems. He won Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Los Angeles, 2000) and is a named inventor on more than 25 U.S. and international patents.

Billy Hurley III


Billy Hurley III is a PGA Tour player and the only service academy graduate to win on Tour winning the 2016 Quicken Loans National at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, MD. He also has 11 career top 10s.

Beyond the golf course, Billy and his wife founded the Billy Hurley III Foundation in 2017 to give back to military families where he serves as President of the Foundation. Stemming from their own military service experience, the Hurleys recognize that the entire family unit serves our country, not just the service member. Therefore, their foundation seeks to serve, honor, and enhance the lives of military families. Since inception, the BH3 Foundation has served over 150 military families and generated over $550k in direct impact.

Billy graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2004 with a degree in Quantitative Economics where he was the 2004 Patriot League Scholar Athlete of the Year. Following graduation, Billy served five years active duty as a surface warfare officer aboard USS Gettysburg (CG 64) and USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) including extended deployments to Southeast Asia and the Persian Gulf. Donald W. Hammond


Donald William Hammond (born April 1, 1957) is an American professional golfer who has played on the PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, and Champions Tour.

He turned pro in 1979 and joined the PGA Tour in 1983. He earned his tour card by being medalist at the 1982 PGA Tour Qualifying School at TPC-Sawgrass by a record 14 strokes.

Donnie has won two PGA Tour events in his career: The 1986 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic and the 1989 Texas Open. In winning his second PGA Tour title by 7 strokes (258) over Paul Azinger, he came within one stroke of the then-Tour scoring record.

His best finish in a major is a T-5 at the 1992 British Open. During his PGA Tour career, he amassed 40 top-10 finishes.

Donnie played on the Tour from 1983 until 1998. He has seven professional wins to his credit. Two on the PGA Tour, one on the Korn Ferry Tour along four others professional wins worldwide.
